Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ha0788, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ha0788 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ha0788 or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, beyond the general Indonesian context already acknowledged.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ha0788 or any of its technology or service providers.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ha0788 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), a valid email address, and an active Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ha0788 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login details.

ha0788 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ha0788 is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that may be triggered at registration, before the processing of any withdrawal request, or at any time ha0788 deems appropriate.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and registered address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or other payment instrument used to fund your Account, clearly showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases of large deposits or withdrawals, ha0788 may request a written explanation of the origin of the funds.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Failure to submit required documents within 30 days of a formal request may result in account suspension and the return of verified deposits to the original payment source.

Deposits

All deposits to your ha0788 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed for potential suspension.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above Rp 50.000.000 may require additional KYC documentation before being credited. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. ha0788 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

ha0788 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit it deems unusual or inconsistent with a Player's established pattern of activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case ha0788 will direct the funds to the next most recently used eligible method registered in the Player's name.

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB (UTC+7) on a business day are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours may take up to 24 hours. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during periods of high traffic, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

1. Your Account must have passed KYC verification (Clause 4).
2. Any active Bonus Funds attached to your Balance must have met their applicable Wagering Requirement, or you must elect to forfeit the Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal.
3. There must be no pending investigation, fraud review, or compliance hold on your Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

ha0788 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all ha0788 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry higher or lower multipliers as stated in their specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and togel (traditional numbers lottery) draws 50%, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at face value without satisfying the Wagering Requirement.
• ha0788 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel an issued bonus if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused, including through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent the Wagering Requirement.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and togel entries placed on ha0788 are subject to the specific rules published for each product category, accessible from the Platform's Rules section. The following general principles apply across all game types:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by ha0788's system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or void option.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or system malfunction that causes a game to be interrupted or produce an erroneous result, ha0788 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and product type, as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing a wager.
• For sports betting, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. If any single selection is voided (e.g., due to match cancellation), the leg is removed and the parlay recalculated on the remaining selections.
• Odds for Asian handicap markets — including voor bola (goal handicap lines commonly used in Indonesian betting) — are fixed at the time of bet acceptance unless the Player selects a live in-play market, in which case live odds apply at the moment of confirmation.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheel) and streamed in real time. ha0788's platform records the transmitted result; in the event of a discrepancy between a Player's screen and the actual table result, the physical outcome as confirmed by the live dealer and evolution platform logs shall prevail.
• For togel draws, the official result announced by the licensed draw operator shall be the binding result. ha0788 does not influence draw outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ha0788. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or residency.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or execute coordinated wagers designed to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through hedging, scalping, or any systematic strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated means to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or gain an advantage not available to standard Players.
• Money Laundering: Using ha0788 as a vehicle to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of illegal activity. ha0788 is required to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately used for wagering on ha0788.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or display bugs to place wagers at manifestly incorrect odds or for amounts outside permitted limits.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ha0788 Platform — including but not limited to the ha0788 name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ha0788 or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ha0788.
• Use ha0788 branding, logos, or trade names in any context outside the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software or game engine.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Unauthorised use of ha0788's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha0788 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if ha0788 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside ha0788's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, third-party server failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from a security breach caused by a Player's own failure to protect their login credentials.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional content.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ha0788's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ha0788 support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.
• By ha0788: ha0788 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity, or if continued operation of your Account would expose ha0788 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination by ha0788 for cause, any Bonus Funds in your Balance will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ha0788, subject to completion of an internal investigation where applicable.

ha0788's records of wager history, transaction records, and account activity will be retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. ha0788 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving Indonesian players, and these Terms are drafted to reflect that context.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through ha0788's customer support channel within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ha0788 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

ha0788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ha0788 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification banner on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days following the change.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on record for all active accounts where the changes materially affect Player rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 12.
